When you submit a quote request, we collect the information you enter: your name, company, phone, email, location and project details, plus any files you attach. We also collect basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and submission time, which we use to prevent spam.
How it's used: to respond to your request and to share it, including attached files, with one or more independent local fabrication or machine shops so they can contact you about the project. We don't sell your information or files, and we don't use them for unrelated marketing.
Files: uploaded files are stored privately. Shops reach them only through time-limited links. Please don't upload ITAR, EAR or other export-controlled technical data. If your drawings are confidential, check the NDA box and leave them out of the form.
Who we are: Pittsburgh Fabrication (pittsburghfabrication.com) is a quote-matching service, not a fabrication or machine shop. Any work is agreed between you and the shop you choose, under that shop's own terms.
Retention and removal: requests and files are kept only as long as needed to handle your inquiry. To have your information removed, submit a request through the quote form with "delete my info" in the description, using the same email address.
This site uses Cloudflare for hosting and security, including Cloudflare Turnstile spam protection. We don't use advertising trackers.
