Laser- or punch-cut, bent and welded sheet metal: enclosures, panels, covers, guards and brackets.
Free, with no obligation. Describe your project, and local fabrication or machine shops will follow up with questions, pricing and lead times.
Sheet metal fabrication turns flat stock, usually 24 gauge through about 1/4 inch, into enclosures, chassis, panels, machine guards, covers, ductwork transitions and brackets. Most shops cut with a fiber laser or turret punch, form on a CNC press brake, then weld, insert hardware and finish.
A flat-pattern DXF or a 3D model (STEP or SolidWorks) gets the fastest and most accurate quote. Include the gauge, material (CRS, galvanized, stainless or aluminum), bend notes, hardware callouts and finish.
Not sure this is the right category? Describe the project in the form, and a local shop will tell you what it takes.
